These terms govern your use of the Ivykart app and your purchases from Abibo Brands Private Limited (“Ivykart”, “we”, “us”).
1. Who can use Ivykart
Ivykart sells to businesses. You must be a bakery, food business or home baking business, and at least 18 years old. We do not sell to the general public.
2. Your account
You can sign up and place prepaid orders straight away. We verify business details where you need GST input tax credit on your invoices, or where you apply for credit terms. We may decline, or later suspend, an account at our discretion. You are responsible for keeping your phone secure, since logging in is by one-time code.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST is applied at the rate applicable to each product and shown on your invoice. Prices depend on your account and may differ between customers. Prices can change without notice, but the price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.
4. Orders
An order is an offer to buy, accepted when we confirm it. We may decline an order if a product is unavailable, the delivery address is outside the area we serve, the order is below the minimum for that product, or your account is suspended or over its credit limit. Minimum order quantities and pack sizes apply to some products and are shown before you order.
5. Delivery
We deliver within our serviceable areas in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Chhattisgarh. Enter your pincode in the app to check. Orders placed before the daily cutoff are scheduled for the next delivery day for your area. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays or events outside our control.
Prepaid orders: delivery is free on orders of ₹2,999 or more, and ₹199 below that.
Credit accounts: delivery is charged at actual cost and appears on your invoice. The cost depends on the size and weight of your order, so it is not shown at checkout.
6. Payment
Prepaid accounts pay in full when ordering, through our payment provider. Credit accounts are invoiced on agreed terms, with payment due by the date on the invoice. Accounts that go past due may be blocked from ordering until settled. Credit limits are set by us and may be changed with notice.

8. Products
We describe products as accurately as we can. Packaging and appearance may vary between batches. You are responsible for checking that a product suits your intended use, including allergens and dietary requirements, before using it in anything you sell. Where a product has a shelf life we deliver stock with reasonable life remaining; storing it correctly after delivery is your responsibility.
9. Our liability
We are liable for delivering the products you ordered in the condition described. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or lost business. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
10. Using the app properly
Do not attempt to access other customers’ data, interfere with the service, or use it for anything unlawful. Prices and product information are confidential and for your business only.
11. Suspension
We may suspend or close an account for non-payment, breach of these terms, or if the business details provided prove to be false. Amounts owed remain payable.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app before they take effect.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
