Where we deliver
We deliver across India. Enter your pincode in the app and we will tell you immediately whether we reach you.
If we do not serve your area yet, we record your pincode and will contact you when we do.
Delivery schedule
Each area has its own delivery days and a daily order cutoff. Orders placed before the cutoff (6:00 PM IST) are scheduled for the next delivery day for your area. The app shows your expected delivery date before you confirm the order.
Delivery dates are estimates. They may be affected by weather, public holidays, festival periods or other events outside our control.
Delivery charges
Prepaid orders: free on orders of ₹2,999 or more. Below that, a flat ₹199.
Credit accounts: delivery is charged at actual cost, based on the size and weight of your order. Because this is not known until the order is packed, it appears on your invoice rather than at checkout.
Receiving your delivery
Someone should be available at the delivery address to receive and check the order. Please check it on arrival and report anything damaged, missing or incorrect within 48 hours on 8801348400 / 8817130675.
