Questions

Frequently asked questions

Everything about ordering, delivery, payment and credit. If it is not here, call us.

What is Ivykart?

Ivykart is a wholesale supplier of baking ingredients, cake decoration and packaging for bakeries and home bakers in India. You order through the Ivykart mobile app and we deliver to your address. Ivykart is a brand of Abibo Brands Private Limited, based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

Who can buy from Ivykart?

Bakeries, food businesses, cloud kitchens, resellers and home baking businesses. Ivykart sells business to business and does not sell to the general public.

Do I need a shop or a GST registration to order?

No. You do not need a storefront, a distributor account or a GST registration to place an order. A GSTIN is only needed if you want to claim input tax credit on your invoices.

How do I sign up?

Download the Ivykart app and sign up with your phone number. You receive a one-time code, and you can start ordering straight away. Verification is only required for GST input tax credit and for credit terms.

Where does Ivykart deliver?

Ivykart delivers across India. Serviceability is confirmed by pincode in the app, which tells you immediately whether we reach your area and what your expected delivery date is.

How much does delivery cost?

For prepaid orders, delivery is free on orders of ₹2,999 or more, and a flat ₹199 below that. For customers on credit terms, delivery is charged at actual cost based on the size and weight of the order, and appears on the invoice.

What is the minimum order?

Minimum order quantities apply per product and are shown in the app before you order. Minimums are set low enough for home bakers to order what they can realistically use.

How do I pay?

Prepaid orders are paid at checkout by UPI or card. Established bakeries can apply for credit terms and are invoiced instead, with payment due by the date shown on the invoice.

Does Ivykart offer credit terms?

Yes. Established bakeries can trade on credit, with a credit limit and payment terms agreed with us. Home bakers and newer businesses usually start prepaid and move onto credit as the relationship builds.

When will my order arrive?

Orders placed before the daily cutoff of 6:00 PM IST are scheduled for the next delivery day for your area. The app shows your expected delivery date before you confirm the order.

Do you provide GST invoices?

Yes. Every order carries a GST invoice, which you can download from the app at any time. If you have provided a verified GSTIN, your invoice is issued so you can claim input tax credit.

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel in the app before the daily cutoff, as long as the order has not been dispatched. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full. After dispatch, call us on 8801348400.

What products does Ivykart stock?

Flour and grains, chocolate and cocoa, dairy and cream, sugars and sweeteners, flavours and essences, cake decorations, packaging, and baking tools. Everything is stocked in the quantities a working kitchen buys rather than supermarket packs.
